In one month voters will have the power to make great change for the future of Ector County.

The power to cast a ballot, make a choice and vote for progress with the ECISD 2023 Bond.

For generations, ECISD has led our community – molding young minds into engaged citizens.

“They are the source of our future,” said longtime Ector Co. voter Dorothy Greene Jackson, PhD, RN.

Now that future needs your vote.

“You’re going to make a huge impact on our community for the better and all it takes is a small effort to do it,” said ECISD parent Catherine Daniels.

The ECISD 2023 bond package, crafted by our own families, friends and neighbors, will help build the school system of our future.

“If they have the tools and the proper facilities to learn it makes their minds open,” said Jackson.

And the bond committee made fiscal integrity a priority.

“Your tax rate is not going to go up, so you might as well say yes to all of these investments,” said Daniels, the former PTA President for Reagan Elementary School.

Make sure you are registered to vote.
The last day to register is Tuesday, October 10th.
Learn how to register or check your registration at www.VoteTexas.gov.

Two weeks of early voting begins Monday, October 23rd.
The ballot will be short and voting should be fast.

Election Day is Tuesday, November 7th.

“Make sure that you’re talking about it with the people that you know. Even if they don’t have a kid in the school district, make sure that you reach out to those people and encourage them to go to the polls because it is a community-wide thing. It’s a ripple effect,” said Daniels.

The students of today are the future of Ector County.
For them to be the best, it’s time we build the best.

It’s time to share the message.

“I am going to tell everybody I see. Everybody I talk to, I am encouraging them to vote yes for our students,” said Jackson.

Show up to the polls.

“Make it a point to go to the polls. It’s not hard, it doesn’t take very long, the lines move fast,” said Daniels.

And shape our future.

“It’s a small effort to make a big change,” said Daniels.
